A fresh, fruity rosé wine made from the Estate’s organic Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. A dry wine with a notable freshness and smooth acidity that pairs well with dishes made with fresh produce or fish. A surprisingly long and dry finish renders the wine particularly inviting and drinkable.
