Description

PARADISO DI FRASSINA GEA ROSSO DI MONTALCINO DOC
Taking its name from both the Earth goddess and Carlo’s youngest daughter Gea. This young Sangiovese has plenty of bright fruit and a rare purity. This wine is released to market after an aging for about 12months in large barrels of oak and then refined in the bottle for 6months.

PARADISO DI FRASSINA MOZ-ART BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO DOCG
This Brunello di Montalcino results from a careful selection of the best grapes from Paradiso di Frassina’s vineyards. Its notable elegance is due to the favorable location of the vineyards lying north of Montalcino. In a cooler area in which the vines grow to the vibrations of Mozart’s symphonies, as the label suggests. A balanced and refined red, with a delicate and long finish.

PARADISO DI FRASSINA FLAUTO MAGICO BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO DOCG RISERVA
An inimitable Brunello, this Riserva is produced since 2008 when 82 speakers were installed among the rows into the Mozart vineyard thanks to the Bose company. The vines nearest to Mozart’s music over about a hectare. Gave birth to the first great growth (increased foliage) or Cru of Paradise. Only the lucky grapes immersed in Mozart’s harmonies are used, and continue to be accompanied by Mozart’s music in the aging in barrels and bottles.

PARADISO DI FRASSINA 12 UVE MAREMMA DOC
Born from the careful selection of 12 different grape varietals; 6 native Tuscan grapes and 6 from France. The grapes are all grown in the same vineyard near Cinigiano, not far from the sea in southern Tuscany. The 12UVE wine is also called “Crazy Blend” and expresses its musicality in the biodiversity of its blend (imitating the musical scale with its 12 semitones). It ages in small barrique barrels and refines in the bottle before being released to market.
